Is a shared Steam account safe?

Accounts delivered through SteamResell are managed under our sellers' stock. Your login details are only visible in your library panel; passwords are stored encrypted in the database. We have no official affiliation with Steam or Valve; this is an independent seller service. You unlock game access by redeeming the activation code you purchased on this site.

Will I conflict with other users at the same time?

Most games are played offline or in single-player mode, so you usually won't run into conflicts in daily use. You download the game from your Steam library and play on your own PC. We cannot guarantee online multiplayer modes; another person may already be signed in on a shared account. For those games, we recommend offline mode or single-player content.

Will I lose my game progress?

If you save progress to your computer instead of Steam Cloud, your saves stay on your device and won't mix with other users on the shared account. Turn off cloud saves in the game's Steam properties and use local saves. If the game asks during first setup, choose «On this computer» or the local save option.

How long can I use the account?

Games you select with your activation code are added to your library; login details remain accessible from the panel. Once you use a game slot on your code, the selection cannot be undone. If there is an account or password issue, contact your seller; stock and support processes follow the seller's policy.

How do I use an activation code?

Accepted Answer

Enter your code in the «Add Activation Code» field on the home page or in your library panel. No registration or email is required. If the code is valid, the game selection screen opens. Select as many games as your code allows. When selection is complete, Steam login details for each game are added to your library.

Question 6

What if one code includes multiple game slots?

For example, with 3- or 20-game codes you can select multiple games at once on the selection screen. Remaining slots are shown in the progress bar at the top. If you left a selection unfinished, enter the same code again to continue. You cannot select a game already in your library again with the same or a different code.

What if the account password changes?

Stock accounts are under seller control; passwords are not changed routinely. Occasionally there may be a Steam security update or stock refresh. If the panel details are not updated, contact your seller. A new password or alternative account is provided according to seller support procedures.

Who can see the Steam Guard code?

Steam Guard codes are only retrieved from your library panel via «Get Verification Code» on the relevant game row. Codes are not shared with other customers. Verification allowance is limited per game and renews every 48 hours; avoid requesting codes unnecessarily.

I get an error while downloading a game — what should I do?

Check your internet connection, restart Steam, and make sure you have enough disk space. In your Steam library, right-click the game and try «Properties → Local Files → Verify integrity of game files». If the issue persists, contact your seller.

I can't get a Steam Guard code — what should I do?

First check in the panel whether you've used up your verification allowance; if the limit is reached, wait for it to reset (renews every 48 hours). When signing in to Steam, use «Change Account» instead of «Sign Out» and you won't need a new Guard code — see the tip in the panel. Try again after a few minutes. If you still can't get a code, contact your seller.

I get an error when launching a game — how can I fix it?

Fully close Steam and reopen it. Verify game file integrity through Steam. Make sure your graphics drivers and Windows updates are up to date. Check that antivirus or firewall is not blocking Steam and the game. If these steps aren't enough, contact your seller with a screenshot of the error.
